Anti-fraud and Chargeback Clause​

To maintain the integrity of our services and protect against fraudulent activities, we ask that you carefully read and acknowledge the following Anti-Fraud/ Chargeback Clause:

1. Booking Accuracy: It is essential that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. Any inaccuracies may result in complications, including potential loss of funds.

2. Authorization: By booking through Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent & their suppliers, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to use the payment method. If explicit permission is provided, we reserve the right to ask for this in writing upon payment authorization.

3. Chargeback Responsibility: In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you without prior communication with Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent or their suppliers, you understand and agree that we may be required to provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to support the validity of the transaction. 

4. Communication: If you encounter any issues, discrepancies, or concerns related to your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team promptly at 267-319-3887 or dasminegregory@gmail.comWe are committed to resolving any problems efficiently and to your satisfaction.

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason or prior communication with Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent or their suppliers is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any incurred costs, including but not limited to legal fees and associated expenses.

6. Compliance with Terms: By proceeding with your travel booking through Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.

By continuing with your payment authorization, you signify your understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.

By choosing "I authorize" in the checkbox attached and submitting this form, you certify that: 1. You are the cardholder OR have explicit permission to utilize the card information above. 2. You authorize Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent and/or their suppliers to charged the listed amount to the card. 3. You understand this authorized payment will be manually applied by Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent directly to your reservation with the supplier used to book your vacation. A receipt will be emailed upon payment application to your reservation. If there are any issues Dasmine Gregory - Travel Agent will contact you! Please note, you will see a charge from the supplier directly. Payment may take 3 - 5 business days to fully process and reflect on your statement.
